You will learn key methods such as the FISA method, crisis logs, and action plans, preparing you to respond calmly and effectively should a crisis occur.

We explore what crisis communication truly means and what should be communicated during such times. Key concepts like “saying and doing” and distinguishing “truth from reality” will be addressed.

Practical Exercise
In groups, you will develop a crisis communication strategy and key messages to manage a complex situation. A debrief will highlight strengths and areas for improvement.
