Co-creating a 360° event serving innovation and the security industry

Designing a distinctive B2B event in a highly technical sector, bringing together Axis’ entire professional ecosystem while showcasing the brand’s innovations and commitments on key issues: cybersecurity, AI, sustainability, and supply chain resilience.

Designing and producing OPEN Paris, an inspiring and unifying annual event that embodies the technological and collaborative DNA of Axis Communications.

A comprehensive support provided by Oxygen: editorial strategy, PR & social media amplification, and event design and production by the Event division. A collaborative, multi-expertise approach for an event that is operational, experiential, and engaging.

Plan

  • A strategic venue for a seamless and immersive experience

    Oxygen selected a venue suited to the wide variety of OPEN Paris formats (conferences, exhibition, showroom, networking). The agency managed the entire logistics, space design, signage, technical setup, catering, to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience aligned with Axis’ brand image.

  • A co-created, dynamic, and engaging program

    The event was designed as a rich and inspiring journey, combining plenary sessions, thematic conferences, a technology showroom, and networking moments. Each sequence was carefully staged to highlight Axis’ expertise as well as that of its partners, around the industry’s key challenges.

  • An exhibitor area designed as a visibility driver

    18 partners were showcased within a 700 m² exhibition space. Oxygen managed the design, coordination, and promotion of the stands, organized across three thematic zones to foster exchanges and strengthen connections within the Axis ecosystem.

  • Audiovisual content to capture and extend the event

    Media content was created and broadcast during the plenary sessions, along with photo and video coverage and an on-site TV studio that recorded 7 hours of exhibitor interviews. A comprehensive setup was deployed to extend the impact of the event well beyond the day itself.

  • An eco-responsible approach and rigorous management

    The event was designed with a CSR-driven approach: responsible suppliers, limited printing, and mindful resource management. Oxygen also ensured strict budget monitoring and smooth production coordination through shared project management tools.
