In Toulouse’s particularly dynamic ecosystem, Nubbo needed to boost its visibility and assert its role as a key player in innovation. The challenge: successfully showcasing the diversity of supported sectors (chemicals, telecoms, greentech, software, biotech, etc.) to highly segmented and sometimes technical media.

Promote Nubbo’s expertise and mission to economic and innovation journalists

Highlight the incubator’s unique qualities and the diversity of supported projects

Showcase incubated startups through their key news (fundraising, competitions, innovations, etc.)

To address these challenges, Oxygen Toulouse implemented a local press campaign focused on the incubator’s and its startups’ news, closely aligned with the key moments of the ecosystem.

Plan

  • Content creation and distribution aligned with key innovation milestones

    Articles were crafted to highlight Nubbo’s news within high-profile contexts: calls for applications, award ceremonies (i-LAB, Digital Economy Trophies, Women’s Awards, etc.). Distributed to a targeted audience of specialized journalists (economy, tech, innovation), these contents helped establish Nubbo on the regional media radar.

  • Organizing press briefings to highlight the outcomes of project calls

    Press briefings were held throughout the year to share the results of calls for applications, give project leaders a platform to speak, and provide concrete stories about local entrepreneurial dynamics.

  • Press conferences to showcase newly incubated projects

    For each new cohort of supported projects, the agency organized media events to showcase the incubated innovations, facilitate interviews, and initiate in-depth coverage around strategic sectors.

  • Dedicated PR campaigns for high-potential startups

    Beyond the overall promotion of the incubator, certain startups received tailored PR support (fundraising, strategic partnerships, product launches, etc.) managed directly by Oxygen to maximize their media visibility.
